Biography
Professor Dr Eddy Bruno Esien, PhD, is currently associated with the School of
Yoga and Wellness (Integrated Ph.D. Program) and serves as Professor for
Research Methodology and Methods, Director of Research and Development
Management, Director of Doctoral School and Seminars, Chair of the Research
Ethics Committees, and Adviser on Research Ethics and Integrity for Vedic
Wellness University, Florida – USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Public and Social Policy
from Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. He has published 30+ peer-
reviewed articles (e.g., in the WOS & SCOPUS section) and presented at (50+)
national and international conferences. He has (10+) years of professional
experience with his collaborative ethical team leadership skills and strategic
thinking mindsets as a member of different professional scientific journal editorial
boards and several universities' scientific conferences editorial boards. His main
research interests include governance, cohesive policies, research methodology
and methods, research philosophies for (social) sciences, research and
publication ethics and integrity, health care, knowledge, comparative case
studies, knowledge, education, comparative public and social policies, welfare
states, and other related areas. In recent years, he has increasingly specialized in
lecturing the courses “academic/scholarly papers writing for high-quality
publication”, “comparative case studies”, and “research and publication ethics
and integrity” as well as “applied (business) research methodology and
methods”, and “research philosophy for (social) sciences” in different health
sciences, (post)graduate and doctoral programs at several universities and
business schools worldwide.
