Dr. KIRAN SONI, Ph.D

Dr. Kiran Soni is an accomplished Associate Professor at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies (GITS), Udaipur, Rajasthan. With over 16 years of teaching experience, she has established herself as a respected educator and researcher. Dr. Soni's expertise extends to various universities, as she is part of the panel of examiners for thesis evaluation in the field of Management at University Kota (Rajasthan), Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences, Sehore (M.P.), Shri Kushal Das University, Hanumangarh (Rajasthan), Om Sterling Global University, Hisar Chandigarh Road, Haryana, Madhav University, and more. She has made significant contributions to academia and has been recognized for her research and teaching abilities. Dr. Soni has been invited as a keynote speaker at international conferences and has conducted Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) in the fields of engineering and management. She has also completed certified courses from various universities, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise. Dr. Soni is an esteemed member of multiple editorial review boards and advisory boards, including the International Journal of Social Science and Commerce (IJSSC), REST Journal of Banking, Accounting and Business, Brindavan Journal of Management and Computer Science (BJMC), Academy of Marketing Studies Journal, and more. Her research interests primarily focus on topics related to management, social sciences, and education. She holds a Ph.D. in "A Study of Applicability of Waiting Line Model in Selected Hospitals of Southern Rajasthan" from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Dr. Soni has also cleared the UGC NET in Management and holds an MBA from Rajasthan Technical University Kota. She achieved the position in the M.Com. (Business Administration) program at Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. Additionally, she possesses a PGDCA from ACE Institute and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from MLSU Udaipur. Throughout her career, Dr. Soni has actively engaged in research and has published 51 articles and research papers in esteemed journals indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, UGC CARE, and international peer-reviewed publications. Her work has been well-received and has contributed to the advancement of knowledge in her fields of expertise. In recognition of her accomplishments, Dr. Soni has been honored with the Bharat Shiksha Ratan award. She has also dedicated her time and efforts to social causes, working with NGOs and receiving accolades such as the 'Seva Gaurav' and "Magan Shishak Rtna" awards at the state-level felicitation for teachers.
